The wealthy Upper East Side is home for the Puerto Rican day parade. Every year, it finds itself assaulted by a dense and loud crowd spreading loud hip hop and hot dog smells to the usually quiet neighborhood. The irritated Upper East Siders can only stay home hoping for 2000 police to stay in control and waiting for the city to clean the streets that are turned into a gigantic junkyard.
